After a doctorate in literature dedicated to the study of interactions between literary avant-garde and psychiatric knowledge, Anouck Cape assisted the writer and psychoanalyst Henry Bauchau in his writing activity, then was a research fellow at the National Research Fund Scientist in Belgium. Her work lies on the border between writing and the clinic. She has published several books and scientific articles on cultural representations of madness. She’s also working as a psychoanalyst, listening to the unconscious.
